About the BIFB Festival
The BIFB began life as the Daylesford Foto Biennale in 2005. In 2009 the Festival relocated down the Midland Highway to Ballarat, where BIFB '09 well and truly established our credentials as one of Australia's most important and significant international festivals of photography.
